Our NYC Launch


You’re welcomed with a glass of white Rabble Wine and an envelope detailing our volume ix highlights. To your left, you’re greeted by a mossy grazing table of concord grapes by the bunch, open face figs, whipped ricotta & honey on sourdough, and prosciutto draped over cantaloupe.

A singular long table with benches shared by our 30 guests sits at the center of the room. Art by Michael Sadowsky adorns the space, leaning into the colors of the courses to come.

As dinner concludes, we start pouring the rose — also Rabble — and Sharon Sage Batan performs original work for the first time in 4 years (Congratulations luv). The lights dim as Laya De Leon Hayes projects a brilliantly done actors reel to the wall.

Dessert is served with Heart Parts silverware courtesy of Sommwhere and wine stays flowing.

Special night, special crowd. Very grateful to all who brought volume ix to life, we’re overjoyed.
