Vol 17 at The Bench, a 6th floor retro-futuristic walkup tucked into elizabeth street. 33 invited guests. To open dinner, Luke Haverty gave a Rabble Wine / Society de la Rassi toast. An honor to host NYC’s dinner club trail blazer.
Inspired by his Michelin green star training and Filipino roots, Chef Anthony Trabasas presented the following menu:

After dinner, Isolina Minjeong showed 2 of her pieces, each inspired by the intersection of Peruvian Kokdus (companions of the deceased) & her love for cartoons. After some cigs on the roof, Leaf Lieber screened his Tribeca-selected short film, My Dear Boy and the trailer for his newest film, Burrow. We wrapped with 2 songs from Stevie Bill and heard about her experience touring globally.
This was our first time hosting on a Saturday. The night continued well past the highlights. More Saturdays to come.
